Applications:

• VULSOL 1001 BS is a fully synthetic, metalworking fluid. Formulated with specially selected, high quality components, it produces a clear, blue solution in all types of makeup water and contains no nitrites, phenols, or heavy metals. It also contains a strong rust inhibitor package and can be used on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

• VULSOL 1001 BS has been designed for grinding and light to moderate duty machining operations. It has excellent cooling and lubricating properties to maximize tool life in these type operations. This product is formulated to encourage coagulation of fine metal swarf so that it drops to the bottom of the sump or can be more easily filtered out of the solution.

• VULSOL 1001 BS is a low foaming fluid and can be used in high speed machining operations as well as in notoriously high foaming grinding operations.
