PURITY™ FG Seamer-E fluid is a high performance, advanced food grade lubricant specially designed for use in the food canning industry.

PURITY FG Seamer-E fluid is a mineral oil based, water emulsifying fluid that is formulated for use in high-speed continuous lubrication seaming units where contamination of the oil with water, food juices and sugar may occur. It is designed to lubricate the main turrets, bearings, chains and gears for smooth and effective equipment performance.

PURITY FG Seamer-E fluid provides viscosity control in the presence of water, and excellent load-carrying properties and corrosion inhibition to protect seamer components.

PURITY FG Seamer-E fluid meets the highest food industry safety standards and fits perfectly in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) plans. All components comply with FDA regulation 21 CFR 178.3570 “Lubricants with incidental food contact”.

PURITY FG Seamer-E fluid is registered by NSF as an H1 lubricant for use in food processing plants where incidental food contact may occur. This product is acceptable for use in food processing facilities in Canada.

PURITY FG Seamer-E fluid is recognized by PneumaticScaleAngelus®, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of can seamer machines. Based on successful equipment trials, PneumaticScaleAngelus has no objection to the use of Purity FG Seamer-E Fluid in seamers of the series: 61/62H, 80/81L, 100/101L, 120/121L, 140S, 180S and 12M. Specific application and working environment should be evaluated by technical personnel.

Applications:

PURITY FG Seamer-E Fluid may be used to lubricate the main turrets, bearings, gears and chains of high-speed seamer units that use recirculating lubrication and have a filtration system to help remove contaminants and water. PURITY FG Seamer-E fluid is also specially designed for systems using “once through” lubrication where the contamination of the lubricant with water, food juices, and sugar may occur.
