Applications:

• VALONA MS 7123 S is a light colored, medium viscosity lubricant designed for metal removal operations on a wide variety of metals. It provides a very high film strength, plus a chlorinated chemical boundary agent, which act to provide a resilient film between the tool and work piece. In addition, the light viscosity promotes good flushing action.

• VALONA MS 7123 S is non-staining and can be used for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

• VALONA MS 7123 S should be used as received. It can be used for medium-duty operations including: cutting, drilling, milling, light gauge stamping, grinding, and forming on carbon steel and stainless steel parts. It may be applied to blanks or strip by spray, brush, or wiper pads. Parts cleaning is accomplished with vapor degreasing, petroleum or chlorinated solvent dip, or with a hot alkaline wash.
