Applications:

• VALONA BIO 2023 S is a clear, yellow cutting oil formulated with vegetable oil and fortified with an inactive sulfur additive. It is inhibited against oxidation to prevent gumminess around the machine and workpieces.
• VALONA BIO 2023 S is used on all cutting operations on all ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals. It is free of chlorine and does not contain any metals. It is biodegradable according to the CEC L-33-T-82 test method.
• Operations include: moderate to severe machining such as stamping, sawing, tapping, drilling, milling, and turning on all metals. It is superior to mineral oil based fluids in high speed Swiss screw machines.
