Applications:

• OSYRIS DWY 5500-S is a premium quality solvent-based rust preventive designed for heavy-duty protection. It will leave a thick waxy film that prevents rust and corrosion on metal parts upon evaporation of the solvent. This film will provide positive indoor and outdoors protection from rust and corrosion for up to one year.

• OSYRIS DWY 5500-S is non-staining, low in odor, and can be applied by conventional brush, spray, or dip methods. Petroleum solvents or vapor degreasing easily removes this product. It may be utilized for many applications that require corrosion prevention for extending shelf life. This includes rust proofing of steel bearings, races, shafts, automotive parts, etc.
