Description:

ILOQUENCH 798 is a blend of premium of solvent refined paraffinic mineral oils selected for their high temperature stability. A special anti-oxidant package has been included to ensure excellent sump life, even when operating at elevated temperatures. 

Application:

• Hardening of medium carbon and low alloy steels.
• Hardening of carburised or carbonitrided components.
• Hardening of components subject to distortion, especially suited for components such as gears, blade steels etc.

ILOQUENCH 798 is suitable for used in continuous furnaces, sealed quench furnaces and open quench tanks.
