Description:

Low viscosity neat, chlorine and sulphur free honing oil containing moderate levels of ester lubricity additive. Suitable for the machining of hardened and nitrided steels with carborundum or diamond stones. Can also be used successfully on genera machining operations on aluminium alloys and light duty ferrous materials. Ideal product for shave grinding operations often found in gear finishing processes.  

Application:

Suitable for honing steel, hardened steel, nitrided steel and hard chromed components with carborundum or diamond stones. Also suitable for machining aluminium and aluminium alloys, other non-ferrous metals and to machine glass.
Also suitable for honing non-ferrous metals with ceramic or bakelite bonded carborundum or siliconcarbide stones as well as metal bond diamond stones.
