It is a fully synthetic, 0W-30 viscosity engine oil which, in combination with a specially developed additive system, exceeds the demands of today's extreme technical environment with extended drain intervals of up to 50,000 km.

This oil has been specifically developed with performance reserves which deliver "longer lasting technology" over these extended service intervals, whilst still providing superior engine cleanliness and outstanding wear protection.

Castrol Formula SLX LongTec's fully synthetic base oils provide excellent viscosity control which maintains high fuel efficiency over the service interval.
